Memory: You can choose a configuration with up to 2GB of memory (2x DDR2 533/667MHz SDRAM). The choice of memory capacity depends on the complexity of tasks you are going to perform on your notebook. If you are looking for a notebook for standard office applications 256MB would be enough, but if you need to work with multimedia presentations and heavy-duty spreadsheets ask for a configuration with 512MB or higher memory capacity.

Optical Drive: Super-multi DVD dual double layer optical drive is compatible with a wide range of formats, including both DVD+RW and DVD-RW discs, CD-RW discs, and dual-layer DVD+R discs.
